Research

The main purpose of the study is to prepare recommendations for reforming the social policy of Belarus in the context of the transition to a democratic state model. The study provides a comparative analysis of social policy implementation indicators in Belarus and the Scandinavian countries, mainly Finland. The main shortcomings of the current redistributive model of social policy, which is being implemented in Belarus at the moment, are revealed. The main results of the research are recommendations for reforming the social policy of Belarus which implement the
competitive state concept aimed at the accelerated human capital formation.
