The paper analyzes the perception of the circular economy concept by representatives of Belarusian top management. Based on the analysis of the data collected using repertory grid technique it reveals the relationship between the circular economy concept and resource efficiency and environmentally responsible business. The paper concludes that circular business models can be widely implemented in the Belarusian economy in the short term, and identifies factors that can contribute to the transition to a closed-cycle economy in the medium and long term.
