Research papers

Academic research is the most important activity of BEROC. Researchers are free to choose the area of ​​their research, which allows them to realize their potential in the best possible way. From the point of view of our organization, this approach is also productive, as it allows BEROC to cover a wide range of topics in its research. For example, in 2022, we conducted research on the following topics: economic and structural reforms; private sector development; innovation; macroeconomic and monetary policy modeling; green economy; gender issues.

BEROC regularly publishes three types of research: policy briefs, policy papers, and working papers.

Policy briefs are short studies on a narrow topic.

Policy papers are applied research, practically oriented towards the formation of a strategy for promoting economic growth and improving the quality of economic policy in Belarus.

Working papers is a detailed study examining a problem or situation, the purpose of which is to identify facts that will help solve the question posed.
