This report opens a series of studies of value transformations of Belarusian society in the context of global axiological dynamics.
Based on WVS Databases, we made an attempt to classify countries into dynamic groups according to ideological values. As a result, three global country-axiological blocks were identified. Also we analysed intergroup transits of countries which describe the trends of world value transformations. These results require further in-depth analysis. However, at the current level, they have a certain heuristic in line with civilizational and cultural research.
