The paper reveals the peculiarities of perception of the circular economy concept by top management representatives of enterprises with traditional (linear) and circular business model. The study was conducted using the technique of repertoire Kelly grids based on data from diagnostic interviews conducted in rep:grid get things straight by Dr. Rosenberger. The paper presents the results of the content analysis of the respondents’ opinions, determines their connotations, and performs factor analysis and distance analysis of the studied elements. Based on it the directions of prospective development of enterprises participating in the survey are substantiated taking to account importance of elaboration and adoption of state support measures stimulating the transition to circular economy.
