Открытая лекция «Теория оптимального налогообложения» была проведена 10 августа 2010 года профессором Михаилом Голосовым, Йельский университет.

В рамках лекции участники обсудили принципы теории оптимального налогообложения, налогообложения товаров, конечных и промежуточных товаров, капиталов и трудовых доходов, а также кратко ознакомились с обзором последних достижений в области налоговой теории.
