On September 7, 2016, BEROC organized a seminar on Private Sector Development in Belarus. Darya Urban, sociologist in the IPM research center, presented the survey results of small and middle-sized enterprises in Belarus. The presentation concentrated on existing barriers for business development in Belarus.
